1. Terms of Service

Trama AI provides an AI agent that operates textile inventory over WhatsApp for business customers. This website presents the product and lets you request a demo. It is intended for business use by people aged 18 or older.

Requesting a demo does not create a contract or any obligation to purchase. Any commercial relationship — scope, pricing and payment — is governed by a separate written agreement between your company and Trama AI.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, the Trama AI name and brand, and the software — is owned by Trama AI or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer it without our written permission.

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to disrupt it or attempt unauthorized access, and not to submit false information through our forms.

The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trama AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page is always the current one. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

2. Privacy Policy

This section explains how Trama AI handles the personal data you share through this site.

Data we collect: when you request a demo we collect the information you enter — name, company, work email, phone/WhatsApp number and your optional message. We may also collect basic technical data such as your language preference and anonymous usage information.

How we use it: to respond to your request, prepare and run a demo, and follow up commercially. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it: we store and route this data through trusted providers acting on our behalf — Google Cloud (hosting and storage), Notion (our internal CRM, where leads are recorded) and Resend (email delivery to our sales team). They process the data only to provide their service to us.

Retention: we keep demo-request data for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue a potential business relationship, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights: you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us at the address below.

International transfers: Trama AI C Corp is based in the United States; your data may be processed there and in the regions where our providers operate.

This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

3. Cookies

We aim to use only what is necessary. The site stores your language preference locally in your browser (via localStorage) so it remembers whether you prefer English or Spanish.

If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent.

You can clear this local storage and any cookies at any time from your browser settings.
